SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We use USPS standard shipping unless otherwise requested.
If your product is lost during shipping for any reason, please let us know and if the product doesn't show with in 60 days of the shipment date, we will give a full refund of the product price or re-ship a new one at the customer's request.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you're dissatisfied with your product or if, for some reason, your product receives a defect that you're not happy with during shipping, we offer a full refund or exchange, minus the cost of shipping.
Please allow 1-2 business weeks before product is shipped, as we only ship items out once a week, and our product is handmade from scratch. We do NOT bulk build.
